Inner Child Healing

At Lark Wellness, our Inner Child Healing sessions provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore and heal any difficult emotions that may be blocking your growth and preventing you from living your best life.

As children, we learn and grow through experience and play, but as we become adults, we often stop playing and allow our experiences to dictate who we are and what we want. We offer divine healing to help you reconnect with your inner child and unlock your creativity, joy, passion, and potential.
Our in-person or remote sessions are designed to assist you in healing past hurts and rediscovering the childlike learner within you.
During the one-hour sessions, our trained and compassionate professionals will guide you through inner child work, which involves examining and processing the memories and emotions that may be holding you back. Through gentle and nurturing techniques, we will help you connect with your inner child and integrate that part of yourself into your adult life.

That’s why we offer Trauma Release sessions, designed to help individuals release the trauma trapped in their bodies through a variety of therapeutic techniques.
Our in-person or remote sessions are designed to assist you in healing past hurts and rediscovering the childlike learner within you.
During the one-hour sessions, our trained and compassionate professionals will guide you through inner child work, which involves examining and processing the memories and emotions that may be holding you back. Through gentle and nurturing techniques, we will help you connect with your inner child and integrate that part of yourself into your adult life.
Whether you prefer in-person or remote sessions, each session is tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. During a typical one-hour session, you’ll work with our experienced healing practitioner to address the physical and emotional aspects of your trauma. This may involve guided mindfulness exercises, breathwork, physical activity, and other techniques to help you relax and shift your body from a state of danger to one of relaxation and control.

How We Help

Vicki is a master teacher of Angelic Reiki. She teaches Reiki Workshops for Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 as well as refresher courses. New students can learn self-healing and receive certificates to practice Angelic Reiki. Trainees will discover their unique healing abilities while taking their consciousness to a higher level. By healing and relaxing, they will gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the nature of the divine Angelic energy.
As a student you will receive:
